Service Contracts:

A Plus Computer Services offers monthly service contracts which includes all On Site Service, Parts, Labor, Travel and Preventive Maintenance, consumables are excluded. We offer contracts in blocks of 5, 10, 15, and 20 hours monthly. We also offer our clients the convenience of having us hold off on performing any preventive maintenance until the last week of their monthly cycle in case a tech is needed for a more pressing issue throughout the month.

Standard On-Site Service Plan:

The Standard Plan is designed for business where response time is critical.  Under this Service Plan, A Plus Computer Services will provide all parts, labor, and travel to maintain covered equipment in good operating condition for repairs resulting from normal wear and tear. Preventive maintenance is performed free of charge twice a year and is scheduel at the customer convenience.

We will respond to all service request, onsite within (6) six business hours.  If you place your service call in the morning by 8:00am, a service technician will be at your location by that afternoon.  If your service request is placed in the afternoon after 1:30pm, we will be at your location by the next morning of the next business day.  We understand that downtime is crucial, we will make every effort to complete the repair on our first service call.


Premium On-Site Service Plan:

The Premium Plan is designed for business where response time is critical.  Under this Service Plan, A Plus Computer Services will provide all parts, labor, and travel to maintain covered equipment in good operating condition for repairs resulting from normal wear and tear. Preventive maintenance is performed free of charge twice a year and is scheduel at the customer convenience.

We will respond to all service request,  onsite within (4) four business hours.  If you place your service call in the morning by 8:00am, a service technician will be at your location before noon time .  If your service request is placed in the afternoon after 1:30pm, we will be at your location by the end of business or by the next morning of the next business day.  We understand that downtime is crucial, we will make every effort to complete the repair on our first service call.



Agreement Terms: 

A Plus Computers service agreement options is for one (1) year, paid in advance.  The service plans optios includes parts, labor, and travel associated with the equipment covered under the agreement.  All data transfer of software related problems are billed at A Plus Computers normal hourly rate.  A Plus Computers requires an inspection of the equipment to be covered under the service agreement prior of our service agreement.  The price is billed at $25.00 per system, if contract is not agreed too.
